In May 2023, one of my long-term goals regarding this site was finally met: I launched the CoachLancer Job Board for our elite freelancer member community! This has been one of the most radical changes on the site to date. Now you find verified clients for freelancers matched by… not any system but manually!
Yes, as strange as it sounds, our job opportunities are emailed to each freelancer that is qualified for the job in question without any massive automation. We use Human Intelligence (!), not Artificial Intelligence, to make the match as all our freelancers alike are personal connections, friends, and collaborators. All of them have gone through at least one of CoachLancer’s webinar courses.
The same applies to our clients too. All of them are personal contacts of the CocoLord working on serious projects, needing serious freelancers with serious skills!
How to find verified freelancers as a client
Only invited clients can post jobs on CoachLancer Job Board. We won’t open our Job Board for public posts, we won’t use complicated matching algorithms, and we go low-tech all the way. This is the most cost-efficient approach to making sure that there are only verified clients for freelancers.
Anyone who wants to do freelancing seriously can join CoachLancer. Each freelancer has already gone through some of our training programs or courses, and is, therefore, well-equipped for doing freelance business correctly.
As a client, you are expected to order small works from the freelancer of your choice by advance payments and sign a legally binding contract, typically an international service agreement, for longer engagements.
Finding verified freelancers is easy and rewarding. We only work with good guys!
How to find verified clients for freelancers?
The process for landing jobs at CoachLancer is easy:

- Get opportunities in your inbox
- Send a short proposal
- Get interviewed
- Get hired!

This is how you might react when landing a job through CoachLancer Job Board!
As we already know all our members, you do not need to create yet another profile! If you focus on LinkedIn, for instance, we can pass your profile link to the client together with your proposal. Alternatively, a link to your portfolio or personal website.
This process is much more relaxed compared to any freelance platform out there! So, as our most respected member, enjoy the ride and live your freelancer life to the full! I for sure do!

What’s the catch, what are the fees?
Access to our Job Board is included in all membership plans. There are no commission percentages to be paid by the freelancer or any fees on the client’s side.
Can we guarantee jobs for every member? No, of course not. But we keep posting about opportunities that are suited for our members directly.
So, the only catch is to monitor your email inbox!
What if there’s an issue…?
There won’t be. All clients are good guys, all freelancers are fully trained and know what they’re doing.
But, of course, there is a small chance of getting mixed up. In the case of small issues, be they originating from freelancers or clients, feel free to give us feedback on how things went. We can hop on a call to mediate and solve issues between the client and the freelancer by examining the case at hand. We can mediate a reasonable conclusion that is acceptable to both sides.
We’re all just trying to get some good work done after all! Nobody is here to work for peanuts nor offer them as a client.
In case the disagreement cannot be solved even after mediation, we will exclude both parties from the platform.
